Flowers Delivery Terms
Flowers (bouquets)
Flowers are delivered in cooperation with a courier company throughout Slovakia.
We do not charge any other fees for shipping and packaging, so the price for the bouquet is final.
For every bouquet in its description, we mention the brightest possible delivery date for flowers. Separate delivery date with destination for Bratislava and the nearest possible delivery date for other cities outside of Bratilslav. Earlier delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Even before submitting your order in the cashier section, if you have any bouquet in your basket, you will be offered the 4th step to fill:
- delivery date - please choose one of the available delivery dates (the default date is always the earliest possible date)
- time interval within the day
- in the case of delivery within Bratislava:
- time interval, 10.00 - 14.00
- time interval, from 14.00 to 20.00
- in the case of delivery outside Bratislava
- the time interval is only one and from 08.00 to 18.00
- in the case of delivery within Bratislava:
- message for donne person - please provide the text message that we will overwrite you on gift card and attach it to the bouquet
Bratislava
Orders of flowers with the delivery address Bratislava and the surrounding area within 20km, we deliver flowers every day except Sundays and public holidays.
We deliver the flowers in the styled bag by Peter Wolfert.
- An order received up to 10:00 am can be delivered today + 2 days if it is not Sunday or a public holiday in Slovakia.
- An order received after 10:00 am can be delivered today + 3 days if it is not Sunday or a public holiday in Slovakia.
- You can choose the day of delivery in the 4th step of the order proces
- Bouquet is delivered in exclusive bags by Petra Wolfert.
Slovakia (excluding Bratislava)
Orders of flowers with delivery destination outside of Bratislava are delivered every day, except for Monday and public holidays, with the shortest possible delivery date being D + 3.
Flowers are delivered in a box, the flow of flowers. Flowers are packed to withstand transport.
